Bo Peep Badges does not accept returns or exchanges, due to the nature of personalised or custom projects, and hygiene standards.

However, if there is a problem with your purchase please contact me to determine an appropriate solution at

I will provide a refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival or if have made an error such as misspelling. Just send me a photo of the badge and I will endeavour to replace it as soon as I can (Postage at my expense). You are not required to return your defective badge.
